CKE Holdings will host an exchange meeting for potential investors at JW Marriott Marquis

The global restaurant giant CKE Restaurant Holding Company operates and franchise nearly 4,000 restaurants worldwide, owns two iconic American fast food brands (Hardee's and Carl's Jr.), and is expanding in the Eastern Mediterranean region and Africa.

The executive team of the US-based company, led by Marc Mushkin, Vice President of International Franchise Sales and Development, will arrive in the UAE in December this year to identify potential investments that are interested in opening the first Hardee branch in Israel and developing in Africa (Close to each market separately). The conference is scheduled to be held at JW Marriott Marquis in Dubai on Wednesday, December 8.

Entering these new markets is another step in the growth of the global chain and extensive activities in the region. With the addition of these new markets, they will join the group's nearly 4,000 other fast food restaurants operating in North America, Central and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia, with Hardee's and Carl's Jr as the leading brands.

Mushkin said: "We are excited to enter new markets with Hardee's and expand our business operations in the Middle East and Africa. We look forward to meeting with potential UAE investors who are interested in investing in Israel and Africa respectively.

Our analysis of the potential of the Israeli market leads us to believe that there will be a demand for 50 or more restaurants in the next few years. This is consistent with the development of Hardee that we have successfully achieved in other markets in the region. Africa has greater potential, providing opportunities for mature companies in the major markets of South Africa and the entire African continent. We are looking for highly qualified candidates with operational and financial capabilities to develop at least 10 to 15 restaurants in the initial stage of an exclusive development arrangement for more than 100 restaurants in Israel and Africa. "

Hardee's has been in the Middle East since 1980, first being introduced to Kuwait and then expanding to 12 other countries. Hardee's is licensed by The Americana Group in most of the region, and has independent franchisees to develop more markets, and has now grown to more than 420 restaurants outside the United States. The brand is expected to achieve impressive growth in existing markets and Africa in the next ten years, and Israel is the only remaining market in the Middle East.
